Our Beginner Yoga & Stretch class is a gentle, welcoming session designed to help you move more comfortably and feel more connected to your body. Through simple yoga poses and guided stretching, the class focuses on improving flexibility, easing stiffness, and building confidence in movement. It is suitable for all ages and abilities, with a relaxed pace that allows everyone to work within their own limits.
