4 Ever Young Fitness is a Community Interest Company (CIC), created to make movement accessible, supportive, and affordable for people who are often overlooked by traditional fitness spaces.
Being a CIC means our focus is not on profit, but on people. Any income we make is reinvested back into the community, helping us offer low-cost and subsidised classes, including community sessions at around £5, so cost is never a barrier to looking after your health and wellbeing.
Our mission is simple: to support people living with disabilities, long-term health conditions, or limitations to move in ways that feel safe, respectful, and achievable. Everything we do is shaped by the belief that everyone deserves the chance to feel stronger, more confident, and more independent in their own body.
This is fitness built on understanding, inclusion, and giving back.

Our sessions are designed to be welcoming, adaptable, and supportive for people of all abilities. Whether you are joining a gentle stretch class, beginner yoga, or a high-energy Boxercise session, everything can be adjusted to suit your needs, pace, and confidence level. The focus is on helping you move safely, feel stronger, and enjoy being active in a relaxed and encouraging environment.
Training Experts
Our trainers are passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where everyone can feel comfortable being active. Claire continues to develop her knowledge to better support clients with a wide range of needs and has recently completed specialist training focused on working with people living with various health conditions. This ensures sessions are delivered with understanding, care, and the ability to adapt exercises so everyone can take part with confidence.
Time Schedule
We offer a range of scheduled group classes throughout the week, designed to be welcoming and suitable for all abilities. If you prefer a more personalised approach, 1-to-1 sessions can be arranged at flexible times to suit your schedule and individual needs.
