Training with Visual Impairment
People living with visual impairments often face additional barriers when it comes to accessing fitness and wellbeing activities. At 4 Ever Young Fitness, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to move, train, and feel confident in their body. Sessions are structured with clear verbal guidance, consistent routines, and a safe environment so that clients can focus on their movement without feeling uncertain about their surroundings.
Our approach is always person-centred, recognising that every individual experiences visual impairment differently. Exercises can be adapted to support balance, coordination, and confidence, while building strength and independence over time. With the right support and communication, fitness can become an enjoyable and empowering part of everyday life.
