Each session combines gentle stretching with simple yoga-based movements, helping you ease stiffness, improve flexibility, and feel more relaxed both physically and mentally.
This class is about listening to your body, not pushing it.

What to expect

Each session is calm, supportive, and adapted to the people in the room. We begin with gentle movements and breathing to help you feel comfortable and settled. From there, we guide you through simple, controlled exercises that can be done seated, supported, or standing, depending on your needs.
You are encouraged to move at your own pace, take breaks whenever you need, and choose the level that feels right for your body on the day. Sessions finish with a relaxed cool-down, helping you leave feeling looser, calmer, and more at ease.
There is no pressure to keep up, no judgement, and no expectation to push through pain.
