Our 1-to-1 sessions provide a calm, supportive space where training can be fully adapted to the individual. When working with a blind or visually impaired client, clear verbal guidance, consistent routines, and a well-organised training area help build trust and confidence. Exercises are explained step by step so the client understands exactly how their body should move and feels comfortable progressing at their own pace.

These personalised sessions focus on improving strength, balance, and overall wellbeing while ensuring the client feels safe and in control throughout the workout. With the right communication and support, one-to-one training allows visually impaired clients to develop independence, enjoy movement, and experience the physical and mental benefits of regular exercise.
