Beginners Yoga Class
Our Yoga & Stretch class is a gentle, welcoming session designed to help you move more comfortably and feel more connected to your body. Held weekly at 1:00pm and 5:50pm on Mondays at The Hondda Chapel, Ferndale, the class combines simple yoga movements with guided stretching to help improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, and support overall wellbeing. The pace is relaxed and suitable for beginners of all ages and abilities.
Sessions are adapted so everyone can take part at their own pace, with options to work gently and within your own limits. Breathing exercises and moments of calm are also included to help quiet the mind and reduce everyday stress. Whether you are new to yoga or simply looking for a supportive class to help you move and unwind, Yoga & Stretch is a great way to care for both body and mind.
