Boxercise in Ferndale
Our Boxercise class is a fun, high-energy workout designed for beginners of all ages and abilities. Held weekly at 1:00pm and 5:30pm at The Hondda Chapel, Ferndale, the class uses simple boxing-inspired movements and pad work to help build fitness, coordination, and confidence in a relaxed and supportive environment. There is no sparring or contact, just guided movements that raise your heart rate while keeping things safe and enjoyable.
Sessions are adapted so everyone can take part at their own pace, with options for different abilities and energy levels. Whether you are completely new to exercise or simply looking for a lively class that lifts your mood, Boxercise is a great way to move, release stress, and feel stronger in both body and mind.
